Ingredients
- Ground coriander - 0.2 oz
- Red Grape Juice - ½ piece
- Cucumbers - 4.9 oz
- Lime - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Fish Oil - 1 fl oz
- Brown Sugar - 0.2 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 10 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice - 0 oz
- Lemongrass - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the segments of the grapefruit and remove the membranes.
Step 2
Crush and roughly chop the lemongrass.
Step 3
Peel, crush, and finely chop the garlic, then mash it into a paste; cut and finely chop 2 thin slices of chili pepper and mix with the garlic.
Step 4
Add fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, zest from 0.5 lime, juice from 1/4 lime, and lemongrass to the garlic paste, and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Boil the shrimp in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Cut the cucumber into large cubes; squeeze and remove the lemongrass from the sauce.
Step 7
On the cucumber, place the grapefruit, shrimp, drizzle with sauce, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and serve.
