Thai Style Chicken Patties
Ingredients
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Fish Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- White bread - 1.8 oz
- Onion - ½ piece
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Egg white - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the bread in milk. Squeeze out excess liquid.
Step 2
Cut the pepper lengthwise and, if you prefer it less spicy, remove all the white veins and seeds.
Step 3
Pass all the ingredients through a meat grinder or chop them in a food processor: chicken, garlic, onion, pepper, and bread. Add fish sauce and soy sauce. Mix well.
Step 4
Form 8 patties from the mixture, dip them in the beaten egg white, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Fry the patties in well-heated oil for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Step 6
Serve immediately with rice and/or vegetables.
