Thai Style Salmon
Ingredients
- Salmon - 28.2 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1.8 oz
- Orange zest - 2 pieces
- Grated Ginger Root - 1.8 oz
- Soy Sauce - 7 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the chili pepper, zest the limes, and grate the ginger.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients and pour in the soy sauce. The marinade is ready!
Step 3
Place the portioned pieces of salmon (fillets or steaks) in the marinade for 1.5 hours.
Step 4
Remove the salmon from the marinade and bake in the oven at 392°F for 12-15 minutes.
Step 5
