Three Cheese Burger

Ingredients

  • Burger Patty - 2 pieces
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 2.1 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1.1 oz
  • Suluguni Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Capers - 0.5 oz
  • Basil - 0.5 oz
  • Dill - 0.4 oz
  • Cilantro - 0.4 oz
  • Parsley - 0.4 oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 13.4 oz
  • Ketchup - 1.8 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Hamburger Bun - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the patties from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 15 minutes; cut the potatoes into wedges, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake in a preheated oven at 428°F for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Separate the basil, dill, and parsley leaves from the stems, cut the root off the cilantro, slice the chili pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, finely chop half of the chili pepper, and slice the sun-dried tomatoes into strips.

Step 3

Grate the Parmesan and suluguni cheeses on a coarse grater, mix with the feta cheese, add 50 ml of olive oil, season generously with pepper, and blend until creamy.

Step 4

Brush the cut sides of the buns with olive oil and grill on a hot skillet for 30 seconds until grill marks appear, gently pressing the center of the bun with your hand.

Step 5

Sear the patties on a hot grill pan for 1 minute on each side, seasoning generously with pepper while flipping.

Step 6

Spread 2/3 of the sauce on the bottom buns, set aside the remaining sauce; on the bottom buns, layer the capers, sun-dried tomatoes, chili pepper, patty, and herbs, then cover with the top buns.

Step 7

Serve the burgers with potatoes, ketchup, and the remaining sauce.
