Ingredients

  • Fresh basil leaves - 3.5 oz
  • Basil - 1 sprig
  • Parsley - 1.2 oz
  • Pistachios - 3.2 oz
  • Brazil Nuts - 7 pieces
  • Chopped almonds - 7 pieces
  • Parmesan Cheese - 4.9 oz
  • Garlic - 0.9 oz
  • Olive Oil - 7 fl oz
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2½ tablespoons
  • Pink Himalayan Salt - 1½ tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Separate the basil leaves from the stems.
