Ingredients

  • Ciabatta - 6.3 oz
  • Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 12.3 oz
  • Black Tomatoes - 9.9 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 5.6 oz
  • Spanish onions - 1.8 oz
  • Sweet Pepper - 10.6 oz
  • Celery stalk - 3.5 oz
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish - 6 pieces
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Champagne Vinegar - 0 fl oz
  • Herbes de Provence - 0.4 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Tear the bread into irregular pieces about 3-5 cm in size and toast them in the oven for 7-10 minutes at 356°F.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Peel the larger tomatoes and slice them into wedges about 2 cm thick.

Slice the onion into thin strips and cut the celery stalk on the diagonal into pieces about 2-3 mm thick.

Roast the peppers in the oven until soft, then peel off the skin and slice into 7 mm strips.

Blend a peeled tomato, ham, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, and Provençal herbs in a blender for the sauce.

Combine all the prepared ingredients and season with salt. Just before serving, you can sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
