Tibetan Beef Noodles
Ingredients
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Potato - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Veal Tenderloin - 17.6 oz
- Celery stalk - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Conchiglie Pasta - 300 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onion and carrot into thin rings, chop the ginger root and garlic, and roughly chop the celery.
Step 2
In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger for 2 minutes, stirring. Then add the garam masala and chopped tomato. Season with salt and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the thinly sliced beef, celery, and carrot. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. The vegetables should not become soft.
Step 4
Cook the pasta for 1 minute less than indicated on the package instructions. Drain the water and add the pasta to the saucepan with the meat and vegetables. Stir and cook for another minute. Season with soy sauce and serve, garnished with cilantro. Enjoy your meal!
