Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
  • Walnuts - 1.8 oz
  • Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 1.8 oz
  • Prunes - 1.8 oz
  • Merlot Grapes - 3.5 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

The chicken fillet can be fried until cooked in a skillet with spices, or it can simply be boiled, cooled, and cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Soak the prunes (or apricots or raisins) in hot water with a few drops of brandy for about 15 minutes. Then slice the prunes into thin strips. Grate the nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts) finely, but if you don't have them, you can do without.

Step 3

Grate any hard cheese and boiled eggs on a medium grater. Then layer them on a dish, optionally lining the dish with salad leaves. So: chicken + prunes + mayonnaise; grated cheese; eggs. Sprinkle all layers with grated nuts. If there are many ingredients, repeat the layers.

Step 4

Then we decorate the salad. For this, cut the grapes in half, and if they have seeds, remove the seeds, then arrange the halved grapes over the entire surface of the salad.
