Ingredients
- Tiger shrimp in brine - 3 pieces
- Romaine lettuce - 5.3 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 7.1 oz
- Lime - 1 piece
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
- Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the shrimp. Cut the salmon into sticks 8-10 cm long. Weave the salmon sticks into a lattice shape. Cut the tomato into wedges and the sweet pepper into strips.
Step 2
Make the salad dressing: mix olive oil with sesame seeds and the juice of 3/4 of the lime, adding salt and sugar to taste.
Step 3
Arrange the salad ingredients on a plate: salmon, shrimp, tomato, lettuce, and sweet pepper. Drizzle with dressing, garnishing with a lime wedge and a sprig of dill.
