  • Pea shoots - ½ cup
  • Buckwheat Groats - 1 cup
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Clarified Butter - 4 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the peas, cover with 1.5 liters of water, and cook over medium heat.

Step 2

When the water has evaporated by a third and the peas are almost cooked, add the buckwheat to the pot and cook until ready.

Step 3

Peel, wash, finely chop the onion, and sauté in the heated clarified butter.

Step 4

Season the cooked porridge with salt and mix with the sautéed onion.
