Ingredients
- Tilapia - 35.3 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Spices - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the tilapia and pat it dry.
Step 2
Chop the bell peppers and tomatoes. Season to taste and add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil, herbs (if desired).
Step 3
Line a baking dish with foil.
Step 4
First place the fish, then the salad of bell peppers and tomatoes.
Step 5
Cover with foil and bake for 30–40 minutes at a temperature of 180–392°F. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes and place under the broiler.
