Ingredients
- Tilapia - 17.6 oz
- Dill - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Suluguni Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the tilapia fillet into pieces about 4x4 cm, removing any bones if present. Place in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In an oven-safe skillet, melt the butter and sauté the finely chopped dill for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Evenly distribute the dill across the skillet.
Step 3
Arrange the pieces of fillet on top of the dill, pour the marinade over the fish, and spread sour cream on top.
Step 4
Peel the orange, slice it into rings, and then cut each ring into 4 pieces. Place the orange pieces on top of the sour cream.
Step 5
Grate the suluguni cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it over the oranges.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 356°F for 45 minutes, until the cheese is golden.
