Ingredients
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Desiccated coconut - 4.2 oz
- Chopped almonds - 6.3 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Tilapia - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 428°F. Grind the almonds almost to a flour consistency. Mix with shredded coconut.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the whites. Season the tilapia with pepper and salt. Dip the fish in the egg whites, then in the coating.
Step 3
Place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, if desired. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
