Description

• Red Wine Vinegar - 2 spoons
• Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the stem and seeds from the chili pepper and finely chop it. If you have some extra time, you can roast the pepper in the oven for 5-20 minutes for a more intense flavor.

Step 2

Transfer the diced feta into a bowl, add the chili pepper, some olive oil, and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Gradually mix the vinegar and the remaining olive oil into the cheese.
