Description
This is a scrambled egg dish with fried onions, tomatoes, and fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Onion - 1.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Tomatoes - 2.5 oz
- Cilantro - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In vegetable oil with added butter, sauté the onion sliced into half-rings.
Step 2
Then add the sliced tomatoes and fry until the tomatoes lose their firmness.
Step 3
After the onion turns golden and the tomatoes are sufficiently stewed, add the eggs, which have been salted, peppered, and mixed (not whipped!) in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Intensively, with wave-like movements, begin to mix the egg mixture with a fork until they curdle. The key here is not to overcook.
Step 5
Serve on a plate. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and freshly ground black pepper on top.
