Ingredients

  • Tofu - 1 piece
  • Quinoa - ½ cup
  • Zucchini - ⅓ piece
  • Plant-Based Milk - 3 tablespoons
  • Peeled Tomatoes - ½ piece
  • Wheat Flour - ½ cup
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Spices - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Blend all ingredients until smooth, leaving 1/3 of the quinoa aside.

Step 2

Mix the flour and the remaining quinoa into the mixture.

Step 3

Shape into patties and coat in flour.

Step 4

Fry on both sides in a non-stick skillet (you can use coconut oil, avocado oil, ghee, or no oil at all).
