Ingredients
- Tofu - 1 piece
- Quinoa - ½ cup
- Zucchini - ⅓ piece
- Plant-Based Milk - 3 tablespoons
- Peeled Tomatoes - ½ piece
- Wheat Flour - ½ cup
- Herbs - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend all ingredients until smooth, leaving 1/3 of the quinoa aside.
Step 2
Mix the flour and the remaining quinoa into the mixture.
Step 3
Shape into patties and coat in flour.
Step 4
Fry on both sides in a non-stick skillet (you can use coconut oil, avocado oil, ghee, or no oil at all).
