Description

- Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Herbed Tofu - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Broth - 1 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon

In a blender, combine the tofu (yogurt), mustard, and 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
Step 2
Then add the arugula leaves (without stems), broth, and olive oil. If you want a thinner sauce, add more broth. Blend again.
