Ingredients
- Herbed Tofu - 4.2 oz
- Coconut Milk - 1 fl oz
- Miso Paste - 0.4 oz
- Water - 0 fl oz
- Smoked salt - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Mix the miso paste with water.
Step 3
Heat the coconut oil in a skillet.
Step 4
Fry the tofu for 1–2 minutes on each side until a crust forms.
Step 5
Sprinkle the tofu with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Add the miso and water mixture to the skillet and turn off the heat.
Step 7
Stir so that the tofu is coated with a thin layer of miso.
Step 8
Serve, sprinkled with smoked paprika, alongside your favorite vegetable puree as a side dish.
