Ingredients
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Tofu - 7.1 oz
- Blanched frozen corn - 14.1 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 14.1 oz
- Yakiniku sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Adyghe cheese - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the parsley.
Step 2
Tear the parsley leaves from the stems and chop finely.
Step 3
Wash and dry the dill.
Step 4
Tear the dill leaves from the stems and chop finely.
Step 5
Cut the tofu into small cubes.
Step 6
Thaw the corn.
Step 7
Thaw the peas.
Step 8
Mix the teriyaki and sweet chili sauces.
Step 9
Layer the vegetables, herbs, and tofu in a baking dish.
Step 10
Season with Adyghe salt.
Step 11
Pour the sauce on top and place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
Step 12
Remove from the oven and stir. Garnish with parsley leaves before serving.
