- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Shallots - 3 heads
- Orange Bell Pepper - 1 piece
- Red Cabbage - 1 cup
- Fresh Mint - to taste
- Chopped Parsley - to taste
- Green Chili Peppers - 3 pieces
- Lemon Zest - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon Juice - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop all herbs and vegetables into equal-sized pieces and mix in a bowl. Crush the garlic with salt in a mortar. Mix with the lemon zest and transfer to the bowl with the vegetables.
Step 2
Before serving, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss gently, shaking the bowl. Adjust the dressing to taste (the salad should not be too wet). You can also add diced avocado (1 cm cubes) and omit the mint. Additionally, you can substitute dill with mint and parsley.
