Ingredients

- Garlic - 1 clove

- Croutons - 2 cups
- Tomatoes - 8.1 oz
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 8.1 oz
- Kalamata olives - ¼ cup
- Fresh basil leaves - ¼ cup
- Marjoram - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the garlic and mix it with a pinch of salt, then transfer to a bowl. Add vinegar and pepper to taste. Gradually whisk in the oil.
Step 2
Combine with chopped tomatoes, olives, chopped basil, marjoram, and croutons, season with salt to taste, and mix well. Let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes to allow the croutons to absorb some of the dressing.
