Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Onion - ¼ head
- Orange Bell Peppers - ¼ piece
- Courgette - ½ piece
- 20% Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- TABASCO® - to taste
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes lengthwise into quarters, removing the stem. Cut each quarter into three pieces.
Step 2
Slice the cucumber lengthwise into 4 parts, removing the seeds. Dice each quarter into small cubes (2–3 mm). Do the same with the bell pepper (cut into brunoise).
Step 3
Make the dressing based on sour cream: mix the mustard and Worcestershire sauce, add finely chopped onion and parsley, and finally, add the sour cream and a few drops of TABASCO sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Combine the tomatoes with the dressing. Carefully place on a plate. Top with the mixture of cucumber and bell pepper.
