- Pork Neck - 2 lbs
- Spiced Tomato Juice - 13 fl oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Malt Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.1 oz
- Basil - 1 sprig

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the meat into cubes about 5 cm on each side.

Place the meat cubes in a bag and add olive oil.

Add the tomato juice to the bag.

Then add the balsamic vinegar.

Pour in the wine vinegar.

Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.

Then chop it roughly.

Add the torn basil leaves.
