  • Celery salt - 1 piece

  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the tomatoes and pass them through a sieve.

Step 2

Chop the onion, carrot, and celery. Heat the oil and sauté the vegetables. Add the tomatoes to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Bring to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes on low heat until the sauce thickens.
