Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vinegar essence - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Cilantro - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 2
Pour vinegar over it and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Wash the tomatoes, cut them into wedges, place them in a salad bowl, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and drizzle with the garlic-infused vinegar.
Step 4
Garnish with cilantro.
