- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Polenta - 3.5 oz
- Green peppercorns - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Water - 13 fl oz
- Herbs - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut off the tops, and carefully scoop out the pulp.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 4
In vegetable oil, sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add the chopped tomato pulp and finely chopped pepper, and simmer until the liquid evaporates.

Salt the water, bring it to a boil, and gradually add the polenta. Cook for 7 minutes.

At the end of cooking, add the sautéed vegetable mixture to the polenta, mix thoroughly, season with pepper, and remove from heat.
