Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 3 pieces
  • Borodinsky Bread - 3.5 oz
  • Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the veal tongue, let it cool, and cut it into strips.

Step 2

Hard boil the eggs.

Step 3

Dice the tomatoes. Grate the cheese and egg whites on a coarse grater.

Step 4

Mash the yolks with mayonnaise.

Step 5

Mix all the ingredients, dress the salad, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 6
