Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Water - 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Cream - ½ cup
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Broccoli - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with water and the egg, add salt to taste. Knead the dough.
Step 2
Wash the broccoli and dry it on a towel.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, mix 1 tablespoon of flour with the cream, add the butter and salt to taste. Heat over low heat until the sauce is smooth.
Step 4
Roll out the dough and cut out small circles with a glass or cookie cutter. The smaller the circles, the cuter your dish will look. Fill the circles with small pieces of broccoli and seal the edges.

Boil the carrots and cut them into rounds.

Cook the tortellini in salted water. When serving, drizzle with sauce and garnish with rounds of boiled carrot.
