Ingredients
- Cheese Tortellini - 8.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Tomatoes - 8.8 oz
- Chopped Parsley - 1.4 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the tortellini in a pot until cooked, about 2 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the tomatoes until their skins start to burst.
Step 3
When the tortellini are ready, quickly drain them, reserving a bit of the water. Put the tomatoes back in the skillet over heat.
Step 4
Add the tortellini, parsley, a bit of the reserved tortellini water, and almost all the parmesan.
Step 5
Bring to a boil, stir, season with black pepper and salt, and serve with the remaining parmesan.
