  • Spanish onions - 3.5 oz
  • Pitted olives - 4.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Champagne Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Napa Cabbage - 2.6 oz
