Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the scallops into small cubes, season with olive oil, lemon juice, and add truffle paste.
Step 2
Garnish: peel the cucumber and remove the seeds, dice it into small cubes; peel and core the apple, and also dice it into small cubes, season with olive oil and sesame seeds.
Step 3
Dice the salmon into small cubes, add diced strawberries with Gorgonzola cheese, and season with olive oil and lemon juice.
