This salad is very easy to prepare and is quite popular.
Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 14.1 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 1 can
- Canned Truffles - 1 can
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs, peel them, cut into medium-sized cubes, and place them in a salad bowl.
Step 2
Add the diced pineapple and mushrooms (of similar size) to the eggs.
Step 3
Completely peel the shrimp, removing even the tails, boil them, cool, and add to the salad.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, and add a small amount of mayonnaise. Since the pineapple releases a lot of moisture, add the mayonnaise in small portions, monitoring the consistency to ensure the salad doesn't turn into a puree.
Step 5
Gently mix, trying not to break the eggs, and the salad is ready to serve.
