  • Avocado - 1 piece

  • Tomatoes - 4 pieces
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - 1.8 oz
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the pasta, rinse it, and mix with a small amount of olive oil.

Step 2

Dice the avocado and tomatoes.

Step 3

Remove bones from the trout and cut it into small pieces.

Step 4

Cut the olives in half.

Step 5
