Ingredients

  • Trout - 35.3 oz
  • Leek - 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the fish into portion-sized pieces and remove the bones.

Step 2

Place the fish on parchment paper, skin side down, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

On top of the fish, place the julienned carrot, bell pepper, and sliced leek.

Step 4

Fold the parchment into envelopes, sealing the edges tightly.

Step 5

Place in an oven preheated to 392°F and bake for 20 minutes.
