Ingredients
- Fish - 8.8 oz
- Tomatoes - 2.8 oz
- Scallions - 0.7 oz
- Tarragon - 0.4 oz
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease a sheet of parchment paper with butter and place the cleaned and gutted fish on it.
Step 2
Top with sliced tomatoes.
Step 3
Finely chop the green onion and sprinkle it over the fish.
Step 4
Add tarragon.
Step 5
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Fold the paper in half, tuck the ends, and seal with dough.
Step 7
Place the packet with the fish on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15–19 minutes.
Step 8
After that, carefully unfold the parchment paper and transfer the fish to a plate.
Step 9
Serve the fish garnished with sprigs of parsley.
