Ingredients
- Trout - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Onion - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Garlic - to taste
- Tarragon - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the cleaned trout, season with salt, and place it in a skillet previously greased with butter.
Step 2
Add the onion, sliced into rings.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes into rounds and add them to the fish.
Step 4
Finely chop the garlic and add it as well. Sprinkle with pepper.
Step 5
Place the skillet with the fish in the oven and bake for 15–18 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the fish in the same skillet, garnished with tarragon and parsley.
