Ingredients
- Trout - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 1.2 oz
- Tarragon - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease the bottom of a pot with butter.
Step 2
Place the prepared trout in rows inside it.
Step 3
Tightly cover the pot with a lid and simmer the fish over low heat for 18–20 minutes.
Step 4
Brush the fish with butter and sprinkle with tarragon leaves.
Step 5
Serve the trout hot.
