Trout stuffed with shrimp and mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Morels - 5.3 oz
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Trout - 2 pieces
  • Lemon - ½ piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the trout (cleaned and gutted).

Step 2

Rub the fish with salt and sprinkle with pepper.

Step 3

Clean, wash, and chop the mushrooms and shrimp.

Step 4

Stuff the fish with the prepared mushrooms and shrimp.

Step 5

Place the ingredients in a Tupperware 'UltraPro' pot (2.5 L) and bake in the oven at 356°F until cooked (about 20 minutes).
