Ingredients
- Trout - 7.1 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Tarragon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Lay the cleaned and washed trout flat, without cutting the back.
Step 2
Fry in butter on both sides until a golden crust forms.
Step 3
Pour beaten eggs over the fried fish, season with salt and pepper, and place the pan with the fish in the oven for about 3–5 minutes.
Step 4
The finished fish can be garnished with a fried egg and tarragon.
