  • Garlic - 10 cloves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - ½ cup
  • Trout - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Gut, clean, wash, and dry the trout. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the fish on both sides until cooked, about 7 minutes.

Step 2

Crush the garlic with salt and dilute it with boiled water to a consistency of thin sour cream.

Step 3

Place the cooked trout on a plate and pour the garlic sauce over it. Serve hot.
