Trout with Tarragon
Ingredients
- Tarragon - 10 stems
- Golden Trout - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Grated Ginger Root - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the gills and entrails from the trout. Rub the inside of the fish with salt, pepper, and ginger. Place the tarragon stems inside and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 2
Spread oil and salt on top of the trout, wrap in foil, and place in the oven. Bake at 356°F for 20–30 minutes.
