Ingredients
- Trout - 12.3 oz
- Chinese green beans - 10.6 oz
- Marinated cherries - 7.1 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 2.1 oz
- Anchovies - 1.2 oz
- Lemon - 1.8 oz
- Basil - 0.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain.
Step 2
Separate the basil leaves from the stems, finely chop them, and mix with salt, pepper, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Step 3
Remove the pits from the olives and mix them with the tomatoes and green beans.
Step 4
Cut the trout into large pieces, season with salt; mix the basil dressing with the vegetables.
Step 5
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet, arrange the trout pieces on one side and the vegetables on the other.

Drizzle the trout with lemon juice and olive oil, top with anchovies, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 8 minutes.
