Ingredients
- Trout - 7.1 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Tarragon - to taste
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - 0.9 oz
- Sugar - 0 oz
- Water - 1 fl oz
- Vinegar essence - 0 fl oz
- Cilantro - to taste
- Fresh Mint - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the prepared fish.
Step 2
After that, carefully transfer the cooked fish to a plate, then garnish it with sprigs of tarragon.
Step 3
To prepare the sauce, blanch the shelled walnut kernels, remove the outer film, and finely crush them.
Step 4
Pour hot water over the crushed walnuts, add salt, pepper, sugar, and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Five minutes before the cooking is finished, add vinegar and finely chopped cilantro and mint.
Step 6
Trout with walnut sauce can also be served cold.
