Tuna and Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • Cucumbers - 1 piece
  • Scallions - 5 pieces
  • Mixed salad greens - 1 bunch
  • Avocado - ½ piece
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Canned Mackerel in Oil - 3.5 oz
  • Chili Flakes - to taste
  • Toasted Sesame - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - ½ teaspoon

Tear the salad greens into large pieces.

Peel and slice the cucumber.
