Ingredients
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Frozen green bean pods - 7.1 oz
- Aged gouda cheese - 1.8 oz
- Capers - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - ½ head
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 1 tablespoon
- Dill - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the green beans for 2–3 minutes, drain and cool.
Step 2
Sauté the onion in olive oil until soft.
Step 3
Boil the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Finely chop or grate the cheese.
Step 5
Drain the liquid from the tuna and flake the fish with a fork.
Step 6
Finely chop the capers.
Step 7
Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise with soy sauce, adding rice vinegar, capers, and dill.
Step 8
Combine all ingredients, dress the salad, and garnish with capers and dill. It can be served.
