Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 4 heads
- Tomatoes - 2 lbs
- Cheese Spread - 12.3 oz
- Canned Mackerel in Oil - 10.6 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 1.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the yeast dough using a starter and place it on a greased baking sheet.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix thoroughly with the chopped tomatoes and Swiss cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Place the tuna in a strainer, let the liquid drain, and break it into small pieces.
Step 4
Spread the crushed tomatoes over the dough. Top with onion rings, olives, and pieces of tuna. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 5
Place in a hot oven and bake for 20 minutes.
