Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 14.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 7.1 oz
- Cucumbers - 7.1 oz
- Canned Mackerel in Oil - 10.6 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce - 1 piece
- Toasted Sesame - 1.8 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice all the vegetables and finely chop the garlic.
Step 2
Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces.
Step 3
Drain the oil from the can of tuna and flake the tuna with a fork.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 5
When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds, pepper, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
