Ingredients
- Pompano fillet - 8.5 oz
- Hamburger Bun - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
- Spanish onions - 2.1 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 0.4 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Champagne Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Capers - 0.9 oz
- Mayonnaise - 0.9 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and slice the onion into rings, cover with water, add vinegar, and let marinate for 10 minutes; slice the tomato into rings and cut the bun in half.
Step 2
Crush, peel, and mash the garlic into a paste, peel and grate the ginger on a fine grater; mix the garlic, ginger, and salt.
Step 3
Chop the tuna with a knife into minced meat; mix with garlic and ginger, add soy sauce, season with pepper, and combine.
Step 4
Finely chop the capers, mix with mayonnaise and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Form 2 flat round patties from the minced mixture; heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the patties over medium heat for 1 minute on each side.
Step 6
Brush the cut sides of the bun with olive oil and grill on high heat until golden; spread sauce on the bun, add lettuce, patty, tomato, and onion.

Cover with the second bun and serve.
