Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 21.2 oz
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 3 cans
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1.1 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, drain, and mash into a puree.
Step 3
Gently mix the tuna, parsley, tomato sauce, and spices. Add the puree and mix again. Dust your hands with flour and shape into 8 flat patties. Place them on a greased parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Step 4
Serve on crispy buns with lettuce and vegetables.
