Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 7.1 oz
- Udon Noodles - 7.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Red Wine Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Capers - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Chinese green beans - 7.1 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 1.8 oz
- Yogurt powder - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the noodles until al dente and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Boil the green beans.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes into rings and cut the olives in half.
Step 4
Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon of mustard, and 1/2 tablespoon of capers.
Step 5
Add sugar, salt, and a bit of pepper. Mix half of the resulting sauce with the noodles.
Step 6
Layer the noodles, chopped canned tuna, green beans, tomato rings, and olives.
Step 7
Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, and 1/2 tablespoon of mustard. Add the chopped capers and olives to the sauce.
